Artist's Description
"Gentle Touch" - 14X10 pastel. This is newborn zebra foal, Zetari. I was lucky to be at Hearts & Hands Animal Rescue about an hour after he was born. I was able to sit just a few feet away and take pictures. He had just laid down on mommy's hoof to take a nap. All proceeds of this image are donated back to the rescue.

All her life Lori has dabbled in many art and craft media: airbrush, upholstery, cake decorating, stained glass, watercolor, oils, pastel, colored pencils, and now acrylics. She has been mentored a little in her work, but is a natural talent, and she has grown with each and every completed work through the years. Each new project is a new experiment for Lori.
